JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Deer Isle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing, sales, and occasional administrative tasks with room for growth over time. Responsibilities Outreach to potential clients and connections.
Creation of website content (case studies, vendor profiles etc), and upkeep of the site
Draft, create, and schedule weekly newsletters
Post on social media: primarily Instagram and LinkedIn
Track marketing and sales metrics with the goal of improving strategy Qualifications Located in Maine, ideally in Deer Isle or the Blue Hill Peninsula.
1-3 years of experience in business administration, sales, or marketing
Strong written and verbal communication ability
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in website management and content creation
Basic graphic design (Canva) and social media marketing skills
Familiarity with email marketing platforms Preferred Skills Experience with Hubspot or another CRM, Shopify, Adobe InDesign, and email marketing tools
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques
Background in food, fishing, farming, or local food systems Job Details Part-time position (20 hours per week)
