Lead Consultant – B2B Go-to-Market Orchestration – Adobe at Cognizant in Augusta, Maine, United States Job Description About the Role We’re hiring a strategic and hands-on Lead Consultant to drive success across our B2B Go-To-Market Orchestration offering within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and business transformation, and who knows how to bring Adobe’s B2B capabilities to life for clients. This role requires deep technical knowledge of Adobe’s B2B tool stack and hands-on experience designing, deploying, and refining cross-channel personalized journeys. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to define requirements, integrate data sources, and enhance customer experiences through real-time personalization and orchestration. In this role, you will + Design and deliver world-class solutions across Adobe’s B2B tool stack: Customer Journey Analytics (CJA B2B), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO B2B), Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP B2B), Adobe Commerce, and Marketo Engage. + Lead with discovery-first thinking -kick off engagements by uncovering business needs and aligning solutions with measurable impact. + Orchestrate multiple client engagements , delivering value across parallel programs with a strong focus on outcomes and client satisfaction. + Build and lead a community of Adobe experts , fostering collaboration, mentoring talent, and promoting knowledge sharing across teams. What you need to have to be considered + Proven experience implementing and optimizing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, particularly in B2B contexts. + Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, sales enablement, and digital experience orchestration. + Strong client management skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively. + Experience working in matrixed, fast-paced environments and balancing priorities across engagements.
