Our client, in the pharmaceutical space, is looking to add a Market Access Marketing Specialist to their team. This is a 6+ month contract role with potential to extend and can be remote working EST hours. You must have prior pharmaceutical experience to be considered. In this role, you will support the marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and day-to-day operations. This requires the ability to organize and prioritize work and understand key deliverables of the function. We are seeking someone who is a go-getter/self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across various teams. Purpose/Objective of the

Job:

Serve as a dedicated point-of-contact for Marketing, coordinating marketing activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring collaborative communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:

Provide administrative and project management support to the entire Marketing team
Manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and promotional activities
Manage internal processes such as Veeva Events, scopes of work, purchase orders, and contracts to keep day-to-day business in motion
Maintain and update marketing databases and internal systems to obtain approval to engage healthcare providers in advisory and speaking roles
Manage compliance documents for healthcare provider engagements
Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and vendor communications
Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues – this may include monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives
Keep track of upcoming expiration dates of marketing resources and coordinate with the marketing team and other functions to ensure resources are updated in a timely manner, as needed

Must be a self-managed, self-motivated, self-starter who can roll up their sleeves and quickly take ownership over projects and tasks

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Ability to be flexible and willing to accept new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders
Upholds a strict level of confidentiality
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to learn functionally relevant software such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Box, Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva Events, Porzio, Jaggaer, Agiloft, SAP, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles
The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical marketing, agency management, brand partnership, and MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) approval processes
