If that sounds like you, we’d love to chat! What You’ll Be Doing Answering product-related questions from our neighbors (customers) and turning them into helpful, informative content on our site. Engaging in follow-up conversations to keep the discussion going and make sure our neighbors feel heard. Being a go-to resource within the company for product knowledge and helping out where needed. Staying hands-on with products—learning through installs, demos, and testing to keep your expertise sharp. Bringing an enthusiastic, positive mindset and a willingness to adapt as things evolve.
