Coordinates and facilitates referrals to Hospice care based onHospice admission criteria Assist in the information gathering,education, and form completion aspects of patient intake,admissions, and transition to home Develop a consultativerelationship, in assigned accounts by making effective customercontacts and presentations Develop and implement marketing andeducation programs to increase awareness of company
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or otherrelated fields is preferred. Acceptable combination of experienceand/or training may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Minimum of one year of professional sales experience preferred.
Experience in the hospice and health care industry a plus.
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, andorganization skills. Valid driver’s license with an automobile thatis insured in accordance with state requirements. Strong customerservice skills and ability to keep good relationships withcustomers, co-workers, and other business partners.
