Position Overview:
True North Realty is seeking a proactive and dynamic Operations Support Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a vital, service-driven role within the brokerage, directly supporting our agents and leadership through a combination of operational assistance, technical expertise, and creative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, solutions-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative, face-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent- Facing Support:
Provide responsive, friendly technical support to agents and staff across a variety of platforms and systems.
Lofty CRM Mangagment:
Learn, optimize, and assist with lead management, database setup, marketing automation, and CRM troubleshooting within Lofty (our primary CRM).
Matterport and Property Marketing:
Operate Matterport camera for 3D tours; assist with uploading and managing property media assets.
Content Creation:
Create simple, attractive designs for signage, marketing materials, and digital content using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
SEO and Website Optimization:
Support basic SEO improvements, website edits, and analytics tracking to improve our digital visibility.
Process Development:
Build and document efficient internal processes and best practices for smooth office operations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with leadership, agents, and staff to implement solutions that support the growth and success of the brokerage.
Operational Support:
Assist with daily operations, including tech troubleshooting, system organization, and streamlining administrative functions to ensure seamless day-to-day activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems quickly. Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Sheets, and Forms. Familiarity with CRM systems ( Lofty preferred, or ability to learn quickly). Basic understanding of SEO principles and web-based platform management. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional and positive communication style; service-minded and agent-support focused. Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and proactively solve problems. Collaborative team player with a willingness to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualification:
Previous experience in real estate operations, real estate marketing, or a similar field. IT skills. Experience operating Matterport cameras, Zillow tour cameras or similar property imaging technology. Background in lead management and CRM optimization. Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies across digital and social media platforms.
