- The Marketing, Communications and CSR Strategy & Operations (MCC S&O) team serves as the operational backbone for MCC, enabling teams to do their best work and deliver business outcomes.
We accelerate productivity through automation, measurement, and transparency. We bring together the missions of engagement, governance, insights, investments, learning, operations, and transformation.
Within MCC S&O, the Investments team guides and enables marketers to get more out of every dollar spent. Processes include budget planning, tracking, forecasting, reporting and advising on marketing infrastructure and program expense investments.
- Your role and responsibilities
- The MCC Investment and Resource Process Professional is an individual contributor who supports the MCC Strategy & Operations organization through the development and management of various applications, tools, and data sources.
These tools are used to collect and report various aspects of Budget Management, Resource Management and other aspects of marketing, communications and CSR management. This is an entry level position with an expectation that the individual will become proficient in working with various tools including Airtable, Allocadia, Slack, EPM, IBM Cognos, BETH, Excel, PowerPoint, Mural, Box and Adobe Workfront.
Key to success includes an interest in learning about marketing strategy and working with various stakeholders to design internal operational processes and tools to support marketing execution in support of that strategy.
