Full Job Description Overview:

The marketing specialist will report to marketing manager or marketing director. They will provide support and coordination of marketing and advertising tactics, digital initiatives and other communication activities. They will work collaboratively with agency partners and other marketing and communications team members to support both small and large scale campaigns across the Novant Health system.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Participate in development of marketing tactics and lead execution, including message development, consumer targeting and tracking of results.
• Work with internal and external agencies to oversee copywriting, design, and purchasing and placement of advertising
• Lead small project teams in the execution of marketing programs.

Qualifications:

Education:

4-Year Bachelor’s degree, required. Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business. Graduate Degree, preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of one year marketing or advertising experience, required. Experience in digital and email marketing, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Additional Skills (preferred): Proficiency in google analytic tools.
