Winston-Salem, NC// , Richmond, VA// , Remote Position// , and Hybrid Date posted : April 21, 2025 Job Summary The Website & Digital Marketing Services Salesperson is primarily responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for website design and build services, and secondarily upselling bolt on digital marketing services including SEO Management services, Paid Digital Media services, Paid and Organic Social Media services and Content Writing services. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding clients through the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all of the digital marketing services listed above, excellent sales and communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Actively seek out new potential clients through networking, cold-calling, online research and other lead generation tactics. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify opportunities.

Client Needs Assessment:

Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and digital marketing requirements. Analyze any existing websites and identify areas for improvement. Explore opportunities for bolt on digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Digital, Organic and Paid Social Media)

Solution Presentation:

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our website design and build and bolt on digital marketing services. Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and budget of each client.

Sales Closing:

Negotiate contracts and close deals. Ensure a smooth transition of clients to the design and build team and where appropriate the bolt on digital marketing services team.

Relationship Management:

Qualifications Proven Sales Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Knowledge of Website Design and Development:

Understanding of website design principles, user experience, and content management systems. Familiarity with different web development technologies and platforms. Familiarity with bolt on digital marketing services.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
