Marketing Lead Job Summary With continued business growth and expanding business initiatives, AirClean Systems, has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist. AirClean Systems manufacturers laboratory equipment designed to protect the user. Our products serve the scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, academic, food’beverage, biotechnology and forensic markets. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the marketing team to maintain AMT Group’s family of websites and online marketing initiatives. Tasks include (but are not limited to) content management and updates, PHP/HTML creation and modification, general site creation, updates and improvements, light-weight back-end development, search engine optimization, web analytics / campaign management, marketing email creation and deployment, database management and social media marketing. Being a small marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects while seeing your work make a direct impact on our success as a company. This position will manage marketing email operations from start to finish including development of design and templates using HTML, campaign set-up and execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the team and senior management on best practices and strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement through promotional, triggered, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining and optimizing each of AMT Group’s Web and Social Media properties through current Web Development and Digital Marketing best practices Ensuring that accurate, elegant and functional code and data faces the public at all times Adhering to a regular testing schedule that keeps package dependencies current through version control or up to date framework libraries Analyzing and identifying patterns or commonalities in datasets Stay current with best practices and current techniques in the search engine optimization field Work closely with VP of Marketing and the Creative Team on implementing brand standards in email communication Maintain email brand guidelines and design best practices Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling. Include persuasive ‘call-to-actions’ in advertisements and promotions. Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns. Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns, and to analyze and identify patterns or commonalities in datasets. Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases including purging non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs Develop and maintain list segmentation for all direct and interactive marketing campaigns and provide requirements to vendor(s). Required Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/PHP/JavaScript/SQL, especially focused on building SEO-friendly code and site architecture Proficiency with
LAMP/WAMP/XAMP
Comfortable with content development, SEO/SEM principles and internet marketing in general
Preferred Experience :
Experience with PHP Web Frameworks such as Laravel Marketing automation software experience (i.e., Hubspot, Marketo) Knowledge of Google Ads (Adwords), analytics and or search console JQuery and AJAX experience is a plus Experience using any form of Git for version control Accountabilities Public-facing websites experience little or no down-time Coding and content errors are kept to a minimum without recurrence Weekly Social media posting and engagement Bi-weekly reports on site performance & analytics Paid search campaigns optimized monthly Location This position will be based at our Creedmoor, NC offices. Terms of employment This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position. Hours The general hours shall be Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour break for lunch. This position is full time, 40 hours per week. Work Environment Work is regularly performed in an office environment.
