The role of the Intake Specialist is vital to the success of Schwaba Law Firm. This role is on the front line personally speaking to people coming to us for help at a time in which they are most vulnerable and need legal assistance. In this role, we will train you to use your top-notch sales & customer service skills to understand their case and qualify whether it is a situation that merits the help of our firm. You will be the front-line team member who will best understand their injury and details, as well as being the first to help them. Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

Lead Interaction:
Serve as the first point of contact for leads seeking legal assistance through one of our communication channels. No Cold Calling – All leads have asked us to contact them or are calling us. Conduct initial assessments of potential clients, gathering relevant information to facilitate their onboarding process. Make a great and lasting impression on clients and potential clients Follow-up with callers in a consistent and respectful manner.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions, case details, and related documents. Input data into case management systems or databases for easy access and retrieval. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze client data, ensuring accurate reporting and insights for future marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Assist in managing content marketing initiatives, ensuring that all materials align with brand messaging and objectives. Support product management efforts by providing feedback based on client interactions and market trends. Engage in digital marketing activities, including marketing automation and print advertising efforts, to enhance overall client acquisition strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve intake processes. Earn bonuses in addition to a competitive base salary.
Requirements:
2+ Years of Experience in sales or paralegal work
Preferred Legal Knowledge:
Basic understanding of personal injury and motor vehicle accident law to better assess case viability and communicate effectively with clients and attorneys considered a plus Excellent verbal communication skills: Specialists will spend a majority of time on the phone with potential clients Empathetic, caring and persuasive communication skills Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully Excellent time management skills to handle all aspects of their responsibilities efficiently without compromising service quality. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred. Open to constructive feedback and adaptable to changes. Salesforce or similar CRM experience considered a plus. Associates Degree is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree is a plus. Skills Background in product management or sales is a plus, providing insights into client needs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members alike. Creative thinking abilities for developing innovative marketing solutions that drive results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in HTML for creating engaging email templates and web content. Experience in email marketing, with a focus on campaign management and performance analysis. Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies. Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
