US CONTENT STRATEGIST
Project Context:
Global financial services firm requiring website ecosystemconsolidation and digital strategy development.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-level content strategy based onbroader digital strategy decisions to be made by the team(audience, product, geo considerations) Conduct content inventory and audit of sites to identifyredundancies, gaps, and optimization opportunities. Create a strategic roadmap for content consolidation, includingrecommendations for retiring, merging, and rewriting content. Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategy withregulatory requirements (e.g., SEC compliance in the US) and globalconsiderations (NA, EMEA, APAC). Partner with design, SEO vendor, and technical teams to ensurecohesive content workflows and governance. Provide recommendations for future-proofing content for emergingtechnologies (e.g., ChatGPT).
Deliverable:
Strategic presentation of recommendations and roadmap for contentconsolidation and ecosystem strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of experience in UX content strategy,content management, and governance. Strong background in content audits, audience pathing, and contentmapping. Experience working on global projects with distributed teams andmultiple geographies. Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams andexternal vendors. Skilled at building trust and credibility with clients throughthought leadership and clear communication.
