Exempt Summary The Digital Marketing & Activation Specialist plays a key role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and campaign execution across digital channels and in-market experiences. This position blends creative thinking with data-driven strategy to support brand growth and sales enablement through both online and offline initiatives. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and excited to bring ideas to life through digital campaigns and brand activations. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, and web platforms. Be up to date on emerging trends (e.g., Generative AI) and identify ways to integrate new technologies into marketing programs. Build and manage the monthly social media content calendar; work with vendor partners to develop high-quality creatives and ensure timely posting across relevant channels. Lead influencer marketing campaigns—connect with influencers, gather product usage experiences, and create compelling content (videos, carousels, etc.) for distribution. Travel with Sales/Product Management teams to customer and dealer locations to gather insights, testimonials, and campaign feedback; identify competitive trends and potential content opportunities. Work cross-functionally to generate new product marketing ideas and ensure alignment with business goals. Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations and event marketing, ensuring impactful brand representation. Liaise with creative vendors to develop high-quality digital content and marketing assets. Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards. Monitor competitor activity across digital and social channels; recommend strategies for differentiation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Master’s Degree highly desired. 5-7 years experience working with multinational companies or digital marketing agencies or related fields. Proven ability to develop and implement communications strategies that increase positive exposure to all media platforms. Excellent corporate communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a matrix environment while staying organized and managing multiple priorities. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to attend events, conferences, and vendor meetings, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in influencer engagement, experiential marketing, or content production. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing platforms. Exposure to B2B and/or product-based marketing environments. Strong understanding of competitive benchmarking and digital trend analysis.
