JOB DUTIES
Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels, including email, website, and social media, in alignment with business objectives and customer journey stages Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Partner Support, and Creative Services to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact marketing programs Develop audience segmentation strategies and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance and drive engagement Track and analyze campaign results to inform future strategy, continuously improving reach, relevance, and revenue Maintain visibility across stakeholders by proactively communicating timelines, deliverables, and outcomes Ensure marketing assets are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and messaging guidelines
YOU MUST HAVE
2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or channel marketing environment Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on customer lifecycle Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects in parallel Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce; knowledge of A/B testing and campaign performance metrics
