Job Summary The Marketing Specialist, Media Services, will report to the Media Services Manager and play a key role in supporting and coordinating media strategy and digital marketing initiatives across the Novant Health system. This individual should have strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of digital media strategy, including media buying and planning. A background in digital media—particularly in areas such as social media advertising, programmatic display, search marketing, and awareness-based digital campaigns—is essential. Education:

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. +

Experience:

Minimum of one year marketing or advertising experience, required. Experience in digital and email marketing, preferred. + Additional Skills (required): Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
