The Marketing Specialist works closely with sales, to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives that drive sales, as well as unveil consumer insights that help guide business decisions in both existing and new markets. The Marketing Specialist will have strong event coordination skills and will lead the organization and planning of all sales and marketing events in our communities as well as our annual Empire Insider event/program. This position requires the ability to conceptualize, research, plan and implement new ideas. This role is located at our Empire Homes Head Office in Charlotte, NC.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong copywriting skills and a sharp eye for detail—someone who can craft compelling messaging across channels. Proven experience managing social media content and advertising campaigns, particularly on Instagram and Facebook. Hands-on experience in planning and executing events, with the ability to manage logistics, timelines, and communication from start to finish. Skilled in video editing and content creation using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms. A strategic thinker who can seamlessly move from big-picture planning to day-to-day execution, using data and insights to inform decisions. A collaborative, proactive teammate who brings energy, curiosity, and a customer-first mindset to every project.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day Coordinate, manage, and attend company-hosted events, primarily during business hours, with occasional evening or weekend commitments (1-2 times per year). Travel occasionally to company communities located in the Charlotte and Greenville markets to support on-site initiatives and events.
