- Play a critical role in transforming our analytics capabilities, with a focus on developing and leading marketing performance optimization, privacy-centric measurement, and digital data analytics.
- Essential Functions
- + Own and lead the development, design and governance of the digital data layer and ensure accurate and scalable data capture across web and app platforms while serving as the subject matter expert in partnership with IT and external vendor partners.
+ Translate marketing and business goals into technical tracking requirements and ensure successful deployment with technology partners + Build and maintain complex data workspaces, dashboards and visualizations that align KPIs, consumer journeys and campaign performance

Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials. Requires clear and effective communication. Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment. - Education, Experience and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science.
Masters preferred. 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization.
Technical experience may include:
use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of
HTML 4/5 & CSS 3
(able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor), basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization. Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. Deep understanding of marketing technologies and data analysis techniques, statistical analysis and modeling and visualization tools
