Job Description
In October 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026. As a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist for Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing strategies focused on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and paid media to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Your expertise in digital marketing will enable you to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, analyze data, and optimize performance to maximize return on investment (ROI). In this role, you will impact the success of Solstice Advanced Materials by driving targeted traffic, increasing online visibility, and generating high-quality leads through effective digital marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on SEM, ABM, and paid media + Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through targeted campaigns + Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful digital marketing initiatives + Manage sizable budgets and execute campaigns – both long and short term. + Understand our landscape and customer insights to develop strategic marketing plans. + Manage projects, timelines and resources to ensure successful execution of campaigns. + Create measurement, tracking and reporting to improve results for all tactics. + Conduct A/B testing to identify highest performing options to ensure we’re targeting the right audience at the right time with the right message. + Use engagement metrics to suggest adjustments to tactics and strategies to optimize return on marketing investment (ROMI). + Partner with IT and business stakeholders to build and sustain industry-best digital engagement. + Stay updated on the latest trends, including AI tools and technologies, and be willing to experiment with new approaches to stay ahead of competitors.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies + Strong knowledge of SEM, ABM, and paid media + Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong English skills (written and verbal)
