What You’ll Do As an Account Strategist, you’ll join the Client Success team, working closely with our SEO, Digital Ads, Products, and Development teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
At the highest level, you’ll own the marketing strategy from start to finish, adjusting it as needed based on a deep understanding of the client’s goals, needs, and digital marketing strategy. Building relationships with our small business clients in the home service industry. You are the voice of our clients, managing their ongoing performance and championing efforts to surpass their goals. Manage the successful and ongoing execution of client projects, coordinating the completion of tasks by the design, development, SEO, and Digital Ads marketing teams. Manage expectations and maintain open lines of communication with our small business clients to improve satisfaction and retention. Qualifications For the Account Strategist role, we are looking for individuals who possess: 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in an account strategist, project management, or customer service/client-facing role. Proven ability to prioritize and juggle several projects at once in a fast-paced environment. Foundational knowledge of core account management and client communication tactics. Digital marketing experience is preferred but not required. Client-facing agency experience is preferred but not required. Experience working in a collaborative, productive team setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to have difficult conversations when necessary. Strong organizational and time management skills. Exemplary personal accountability and motivation. Bonus points if you have experience with project management tools like ClickUp and marketing tools like Google Analytics.
