What You’ll Do As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll join the Revenue Team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Senior Leadership to drive new revenue and improve client retention.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage and maintain a large database of contacts; ensure segmentation and data hygiene to support effective campaigns. Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute demand generation strategies that build pipeline and accelerate growth. Plan, build, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, text, automation) to support new business, upsell, and client communications. Own marketing performance reporting and KPIs, delivering regular insights to leadership. Support content distribution and awareness-building through coordination of thought leadership initiatives. Maintain and update a full marketing calendar to ensure campaign alignment across teams. Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows and industry events.
