The Opportunity:

The Marketing Programs Specialist is responsible for overseeing Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) summit, with a focus on developing internal collateral, driving stakeholder communications, and providing strategic marketing support for the companys event initiatives. This position serves as a liaison, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and US-based stakeholders to support and elevate marketing efforts across the organization.

A Glimpse Into Your Day:

Create compelling marketing collaterals, presentations, and internal documents to support and market CWS summit initiatives
Develop targeted marketing assets for enterprise clients and procurement teams
Partner with the sales and leadership teams to refine messaging for workforce solutions
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to gain insights into the business, collecting key metrics and data to support marketing and communications initiatives
Partner closely with sales, operations, and HR teams to ensure consistent messaging
Collaborate with Marketing to boost the companys social media presence for CWS and similar events, crafting targeted content that drives awareness and fosters engagement
Provide marketing insights and recommendations to enhance engagement with key accounts
Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and client needs to refine marketing strategies
Support thought leadership initiatives, including industry reports and whitepapers
Capture best practices and success stories in onboarding contingent workers to inform marketing strategies
Develop a strong understanding of our services, differentiators, and client successes to drive targeted marketing efforts and effectively convey our unique offerings
Assist in event planning, sponsorships, and speaking engagements to boost industry visibility
Perform other duties assigned

Who You Are:

Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in B2B marketing, stakeholder engagement, or internal communications
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Requirements:

Experience with global teams
Staffing or agency experience
Familiarity with US-based enterprise sales cycles
