Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to digital lending – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs. Abrigo is seeking a Segment Marketing Specialist to take our software and advisory solutions to market through demand programming. The role will be responsible for executing marketing strategies within their segment, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to achieve client-number and revenue targets. This may include a variety of initiatives such as email marketing, content distribution, CRM reporting, engagement with partners and ad vendors, and more. Success will be measured by activity metrics, leads generated, and marketing-originated business. The Segment Marketing Specialist will also serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing and Sales departments, communicating and coordinating campaign schedules, ROI messaging, and expectations with marketing-driven initiatives. This person will report to the Manager, Segment Marketing. This position will be remote, or office based in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct Market Segmentation:
Own and segment a part of the target market to deliver tailored messages for better conversion rates.
Design Campaigns:
Work with Marketing and Sales to create and refine integrated, multi-touch campaigns.
Manage Communication Channels:
Develop and optimize email marketing and other mass communication channels to meet branding and lead generation goals.
Moderate Webinars:
Host thought leadership webinars with internal and external SMEs.
Measure Campaign Effectiveness:
Use analytics to measure and optimize marketing plans and allocate demand generation budget. Support the
Entire Product Lifecyle:
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Marketing Leadership to execute product hierarchy and messaging, from launch through maturity.
Event Participation:
Travel to key industry events to gain market insights and generate product interest (up to 10% travel).
What You’ll Need:
BA/BS degree or equivalent and 2+ years in B2B marketing Experience with B2B software or banking/financial services is preferred Data-driven decision making skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to lead customer calls and webinars Comfort with managing multiple tasks concurrently Demonstrated ability to plan and execute programs and projects
