  • Description and Requirements
  • Brand Strategy & Management Responsibilities
  • + Define, develop, and implement Lenovo’s brand strategy in North America, rooted in deep understanding of local customer insights across both B2C and B2B segments + Build brand equity by applying global platforms and WW Business Group Marketing platforms in a locally resonant way, connecting consumers and businesses with the brand’s purpose and value.

+ Develop and evolve brand positioning, voice, and personality, ensuring alignment across all customer touchpoints. + Champion the importance of brand building, inspire across teams

  • Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
  • + Plan and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns in North America market, including advertising, brand partnerships, content creation, and full-funnel activation in partnership with paid media, content, product, and comms teams.

+ Balance brand building and demand generation efforts to optimize impact in the short and long term. + Use market intelligence, performance data, and cultural insights to influence campaign strategy and creative direction. + Coordinate resources and timelines to deliver on campaign objectives and KPIs.

  • Cross-functional Leadership & Enablement
  • + Lead complex marketing programs with inputs from multiple functions (Corporate Marketing, Global business groups, Global COEs, product, demand gen). + Act as a unifier of brand storytelling across internal and external touchpoints. + Partner with sales, product, and regional stakeholders to ensure brand strategy aligns with business goals.
  • Problem Solving & Strategic Judgment
  • + Analyze and translate complex marketing and business challenges into clear strategies and executable solutions.

+ Use sound judgment to address evolving marketing needs; identify opportunities for continuous improvement. + Recommend and implement new practices that improve campaign planning, execution, and measurement. + Own implementation of campaign performance measurement systems and ensure their integration with key business functions.

  • Cross-functional Interaction
  • + Advise and influence cross-functional peers and leaders, providing strategic counsel on brand and campaign development.

+ Collaborate across marketing, product, media, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution. + Negotiate priorities and resources at the executive level to ensure marketing programs deliver maximum impact. + Mentor junior colleagues and guide the development of strategic brand initiatives within the team.

  • Basic Qualifications
  • + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred. + Minimum
  • 12 years
  • of relevant experience in brand marketing, marketing strategy, and integrated campaigns, ideally in consumer tech, electronics, or B2B services. + Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and creative execution. + Demonstrated success in navigating global-local marketing dynamics and complex matrix organizations.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Lead deployment of marketing tools and infrastructure to enable strategic execution.
