Our higher education client is looking for a part-time Email Marketing Coordinator to join their Marketing team for 3 months with the possibility to extend! This role can be 100% remote with office space available to work onsite if preferred. Must be available to work during the 9am-5pm EST timeframe to complete work, expecting 10-20hours per week. As the Email Marketing Specialist will be reporting directly to the Digital Communications Specialist and be responsible for helping with developing, testing and implementing emails.
You will be asked to:
- Build and deploy emails via templates (light HTML coding involved) to be used for appeals, event invitations, newsletters, etc.
- Assist with managing workflow of email requests via Monday.

Ideal Fit:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a digital marketing role managing email campaigns
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of front-end web development code (HTML and CSS)
- experience within Blackbaud’s ESP a plus but not necessary
- Copywriting and copyediting experience would be a bonus!
