Content Marketing Specialist The Gove Group Real Estate, LLC 70 Portsmouth Avenue, Stratham, NH 03885 Job Overview The Gove Group Real Estate is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer with strong video production skills and a passion for creating engaging content that supports our marketing objectives. Responsibilities:
Video & Photography Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize, prioritize, and plan video projects that promote The Gove Group brand and its new home communities. Film and edit engaging video content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and platform best practices. Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting setup, audio mixing, and post-production editing. Capture high-quality photography of our various new homes and communities. Stay informed on emerging trends, techniques, and competitor strategies to keep The Gove Group ahead of industry standards. Content Marketing & Social Media Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality across all channels. Own day-to-day management of all social media channels, including content creation, posting, engagement, and performance tracking. Manage YouTube channels (The Gove Group & Real Estate Tours), including content creation, posting, engagement, and performance tracking. Write and distribute email blasts, newsletters, and SEO-optimized blog content that support marketing objectives and drive audience growth. Print & Digital Materials Support the Graphic Designer by creating print & digital materials based on branding guidelines and templates, and updating existing print & digital materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred; degrees in Video Production, Media Studies, Communications, or related fields also considered Experience in video production Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite Proficient with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube; familiarity with Wix, Canva, and Constant Contact is a plus Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Availability for occasional evening or weekend events as needed
