Job Description
Marketing Specialist Coastal Land & Commercial Group 750 Lafayette Road, Portsmouth, NH 03801 We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will perform marketing and administrative functions, which are the heartbeat of our operation. Build property listings in multiple commercial real estate marketing platforms, MLS and on social media. Update property listings as needed. Verify that leads are being entered into CRM per team’s guidelines. Prepare monthly company newsletter. Manage efforts of sending weekly marketing reports to clients
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Independent, self-motivated Dependable and able to work in a variety of environments Able to hold colleagues accountable Eagerness to learn and accept daily feedback and coaching Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is a PLUS! Video editing experience is required Strong attention to detail, but not perfectionism is a must
