Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

Receive new business and renewal applications and information to market accounts Work alongside various Producers and staff to understand prospect’s insurance needs Rate standard market submissions on carrier websites Submit applications to Excess markets where applicable Work with Carrier Underwriters and staff to ensure proper coverage quoting Follow up for quotes where needed Compare various carrier quotes for best applicant fit Check quotes for coverage accuracy Provide Producers with quote options for prospects Bind appropriate coverages Receive and check coverage binders Input clients into AMS management system Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Current New Jersey Property and Casualty License required Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Lines Insurance Marketing Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines coverages Familiarity with carrier appetites, coverages, and rating systems Working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight highly desired Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel High level of organization and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and think critically Excellent attention to detail

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Hybrid work schedule after 90-day training period)
