Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with at least 3+ years of cannabis industry experience (beyond budtending) and a strong background in sales or marketing . The role blends trade marketing and customer success responsibilities to boost product visibility, drive retail performance, and build lasting relationships across dispensaries in the state of New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing (50%) Plan and execute in-store promotional campaigns and vendor days. Develop and distribute effective POS materials to enhance brand visibility. Implement retail displays and educate consumers through field marketing. Track campaign ROI and identify optimization opportunities. Manage co-marketing budgets with retail partners. Customer Success Management (50%) Serve as the main contact for key accounts; conduct regular check-ins and resolve concerns. Upsell and cross-sell new product lines and exclusive offers. Coordinate staff training sessions to increase product knowledge and sales. Support CRM engagement and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Visit accounts regularly for education, merchandising, and marketing support.

Requirements:

3+ years in sales or marketing, including 3+ years in the cannabis industry (beyond budtending). Strong grasp of Washington cannabis retail dynamics and compliance. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Google Suite, and email communication. Must be available to work weekdays and weekends with flexibility for fieldwork. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with vendor-managed inventory (VMI) systems. Familiarity with cannabis distribution platforms (e.g., Nabis). Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for basic POS asset creation. Strong analytical skills using tools like Hoodie Analytics.
