Marketing Specialist Confidential Eatontown, NJ 07724 Overview We are seeking a creative Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for creating compelling internal and external campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks, coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested. Maintain company websites including new content, images and analytics. Produce marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, and exhibition-related projects for trade shows and other necessary events. Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images, and print buying. Create and schedule corporate email blasts, analyzing and presenting on the success of each campaign. Create and maintain engaging text, image and video content for our social profiles. Assist in the coordination and promotion of community service and team member engagement activities. Manage internal company communication and visuals including posting content to intranet site and creating newsletters. Create and manage external company communications including press releases, case studies, and brand awareness campaigns. Organize the production of branded items, such as giveaways, stationery, and team member gifts. Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness. Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or other related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and with tight deadlines Well organized and self-motivated Intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign Experience with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software preferred Experience with Constant Contact preferred Understanding of delivering against a marketing strategy that incorporates multiple channels preferred 4-6 years of experience in marketing or related role Proficient graphic design skills Proficient in leveraging emerging social media platforms for outreach and engagement Join us as we strive to elevate our brand through innovative marketing initiatives!
