Job Description
Description We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of marketing tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing performance data across platforms such as Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize campaign strategies using insights from Google Analytics and other tools to enhance ROI.
- Collaborate with teams to implement CRM strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in digital marketing to enhance performance. Requirements
- Proficiency in using Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn for marketing analysis.
- Strong experience with CRM systems and their application in marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize spending for campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teams.
- Experience in campaign planning and execution, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Knowledge of competitor analysis and market research methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools to stay ahead in the field.
