Deerfield, Illinois Job Description Weare seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our growing teamin a collaborative and inclusive environment. This roles’ focus onstrengthening brand presence, enhancing customer engagement, andcreating meaningful connections across multiple channels. This roleis focused on wholesale or retail markets , helping shapeinitiatives that support sales, elevate customer experiences, andfoster brand loyalty. Your ability to understand customer needs,develop thoughtful campaigns, and collaborate with teams across thebusiness will be key to success in this role. Qualifications 2-7years’ experience leading, and managing programs to drive loyaltyto the brand and channel partners. Prior experience marketing inthe building materials industry. Experience in driving retail orwholesale business growth through go-to-market initiatives.
Experience working for a large, complex and matrixed company.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or arelated field. Experience developing and executing marketingstrategies in a B2C and/or B2B environment. Strongrelationship-building skills, with an ability to foster trust andcollaboration. Ability to manage multiple projects whilemaintaining attention to detail and purpose. Excellentcommunication skills, with a passion for storytelling andconnection Ability to manage budgets, partnerships, andcross-functional teams with a collaborative approach. Proficiencyin marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
Salary Range A reasonable estimate of the base salary range forthis role is $56,000 USD – $95,700 USD. Applicants must beauthorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable tosponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Fortune Brands believes in fair andequitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range forthis role is $56,000 USD – $95,700 USD. Please note that actualsalaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range,based on factors including, but not limited to, education,training, experience, professional achievement, business need, andlocation. In addition to base salary, employees will participate ineither an annual bonus plan based on company and individualperformance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
