The Role We’re hiring a Creative & Brand Marketing Leader to define and evolve our brand, lead our in-house creative team, and champion our visual identity across packaging, product, ecommerce, and advertising. You will shape how the world experiences our brand — and ensure we scale our creative excellence in step with our velocity. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Ecommerce, Growth Marketing, and Retail to bring our voice, visuals, and values to life through every touchpoint. In a world where branding is both narrative and operational, you will lead on both fronts. Leadership & Management Responsibilities (LMA™) Inspire, align, and develop the Brand & Creative team Hire, coach, and retain top talent (design, copy, creative ops) Run weekly L10s, quarterly Rocks, and department scorecards Set and enforce performance standards and accountability for all direct reports Model EOS leadership behavior and drive EOS fluency within the team Partner with cross-functional peers to resolve issues (IDS) Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and communicate brand purpose, values, and market positioning Develop brand architecture for multiple product lines and channels Align brand strategy with company vision, product portfolio, and growth goals 2. Creative Direction & Design Oversight Lead execution of all visual and narrative creative — packaging, photography, 3D, ecommerce, campaign content Guide and develop internal designers, copywriters, and agency partners Maintain creative quality, cohesion, and emotional storytelling across platforms 3. Brand Experience & Touchpoints Own the end-to-end brand expression across digital, retail, product, and customer service Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Ops on launch experience alignment Audit brand consistency across physical and digital interactions 4. Cross-Functional Brand Advocacy Act as brand ambassador across departments; define brand training and tools Work with HR on employer branding and cultural alignment Ensure all departments execute in alignment with brand voice and tone 5.
Brand Health Monitoring Define KPIs:
awareness, sentiment, NPS, brand equity benchmarks Analyze feedback loops to refine messaging, visual cues, and voice 6. Creative Operations & Asset Delivery Build scalable creative workflows using tools like Notion, Asana, Frame.io, Figma, and AI-enabled render tools Ensure alignment with product launch calendars, campaign timelines, and ecommerce needs Oversee asset versioning, approvals, and digital asset management. Requirements 8+ years in brand or creative leadership roles within consumer product, beauty, or lifestyle brands Experience with high-velocity product environments and multichannel creative strategy Strong portfolio showing packaging, ecommerce, and content execution Experience with 3D/AI-assisted creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or equivalents) Fluent in design ops tools (Figma, Notion, DAMs, Jira/Asana/etc.) EOS fluency preferred (Rocks, L10s, Scorecard alignment) EOS Accountability Statement “If the brand feels inconsistent, the creative doesn’t convert, or timelines are missed — this seat owns solving the narrative, the execution, and the system behind it.”
