Overview:

We’re a boutique fitness studio in Cedarhurst, NY (AVID Fitness) undergoing a major rebrand and business pivot. We’re looking for a freelance marketer to help us bring this next chapter to life — including content, ads, and community-driven campaigns. We’re in the process of relaunching and rebranding with a dual focus: A high-energy spin and small group training studio A new open gym concept with separate men’s only hours, tailored to the Orthodox Jewish community in the

Five Towns What We’re Looking For:

Someone who can help: Plan and schedule basic content (IG, FB, WhatsApp) Manage and run FB/IG ads (eventually Google Ads too) Coordinate promotions and referral campaigns Write simple email/text blasts (we use WhatsApp and SMS) Track results and tweak based on performance

Ideal Experience:

Digital marketing for a fitness studio, gym, wellness brand, or local business Comfortable with community-focused, grassroots campaigns Strong with Meta Ads Manager, basic Canva work, and light copywriting Self-starter with good communication skills (bonus if you’re familiar with the Five Towns/Orthodox market)

Project Timeline:

We’re looking to start ASAP with an initial 2-3 month engagement to support our soft launch, with potential to extend if it’s a great fit.

Compensation:

Flexible based on experience and scope (hourly or monthly). Open to proposals.
