Performance Marketing Specialist ???? (Midtown East) Spark Media compensation: $40,000-$50,000 employment type: job title: Performance Marketing Specialist We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn clicks into conversions and data into growth. If you’re a pro at Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and website optimization — you might be exactly who we need. ????

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Meta Ads:

Build and scale Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns across all funnel stages

Google Ads:

Manage Search, Display, and YouTube ads for lead generation and e-commerce

SEO:

Conduct keyword research, implement on-page/off-page strategies, and improve rankings

Website Performance:

Collaborate on UX/CRO improvements, track site analytics, and optimize for conversions

Reporting:

Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights ✅

You Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools (Hotjar, etc.)
• Proven ability to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
• Ability to build reports, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions ????

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow
• Email marketing and automation knowledge
• Background in working with agencies or fast-growth startups ???? How to
