He/She must work well under pressure, be sensitive todeadlines, be able to interact in a team environment, be able toadapt quickly to change, and possess excellent customer serviceskills. This role will be responsible for planning, developing,executing email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has stronghands-on experience with day-to-day email production, solidanalytical skills, and high attention to detail. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Manage the process of executing email marketing campaigns.
• Own email calendars; manage campaign set up, execution, QA andapproval triaging, deployment.
• Setup and ensure on-time deployment of quality emailcampaigns.
• Interact with cross-functional team members to manageproduction.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, in written,verbal and presentation form.
• Serve as the product expert in the email service provider tool toensure that campaigns leverage advanced capabilities.
• Maintain timely, standard email campaign reporting, and performad hoc analysis as needed.

Qualifications Skills/qualities of effective candidate:

• Ability to hard code/edit HTML is required.
• 1-3 years working in email marketing or a CRM capacity.
• Hands-on experience managing all aspects of email campaign setupand delivery leveraging the internal email broadcast system.
• Knowledge of email best practices including contact strategies,targeting and segmentation, CAN-SPAM, dynamic content anddeliverability.
• Familiarity with database structures and SQL.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong projectmanagement skills to manage simultaneous tasks and prioritizeappropriately in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ISP/ESP landscape and Email Deliverability expertisea plus.
