Along with our construction partner, American Construction New York (ACNY) , we fully cater to our clients’ renovation needs from conception to completion. We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Strategist who would report to the Senior Showroom Director and assist in all aspects of marketing including overall marketing strategy, content creation for social media platforms, brand associations and partnerships, reporting and analytics, and event planning. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing, sales, and retail. Social media proficiency should include Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and LinkedIn to best engage and interact with followers and clients.
Job Description:
Develop marketing and social media strategy and campaigns; Promote products, services and content over social media consistent with Atmosphere ‘s brand and social media strategy; Create and schedule regular social media posts on aforementioned platforms; Develop and manage a budget for promoting Atmosphere on social media and relevant websites including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and print publications; Track, analyze and report data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns; Meet with prospective clients, existing clients, Atmosphere partners and vendors and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers) to assist in crafting marketing campaigns; Cultivate relationships with various regional and national industry organizations including design, architecture such as
IDC, ICFF, HKBA
& AIA and various vendors for trade show presence and partnership; Connect with digital and print publications and media channels (Domino/HGTV etc) for enhanced exposure; Plan and execute seasonal events to attract referrals and clients; The ideal candidate will possess: Strong communication, organization, writing and presentation skills; Ability to multitask; Self- Starter Outgoing & Independent worker Creativity and ability to “think out-of-the-box”; Previous marketing and social media experience MAC savvy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly
