What’s In It for
You:
Weekly Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
Average On Target Earnings:
$1,400
- 1,600/week ($72K
- 83K annually)

Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
Engage directly with homeowners in the field to spark interest in solar energy solutions.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of going solar in a clear, confident, and engaging way.
Set qualified appointments for our Solar Sales Specialists.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and a great customer experience.
Participate in daily in-office training and 1:1 mentorship to maximize your growth, skills, and earning potential.
Keep accurate notes in our CRM system to track customer interactions and appointment details.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For:
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (Weekends optional).
Must be 18+ and able to commute to our Staten Island office.
Outgoing, confident communicator with a friendly and engaging presence.
Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn, improve, and advance.
Positive, resilient mindset
- you thrive on goals, challenges, and personal growth.
Prior sales, door-to-door, direct marketing, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
