$30.00 per hour Hybrid Temp-to-hire What’s a typical day as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist? You’ll be: Email Marketing Draft, build, and schedule newsletters and educational emails in HubSpot Partner with Sleep Coaches on “Ask Apria” email series Assist with email segmentation, list management, and reporting Support operational campaigns in coordination with the call center team Content Creation Research blog topics related to respiratory and sleep health Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts using HubSpot CMS Conduct keyword research and incorporate findings into content Social Media Management Maintain and update content calendars across Facebook , LinkedIn , and X (formerly Twitter) Review and approve agency-generated content Assist in scheduling posts and tracking engagement analytics Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure brand-aligned messaging across digital channels Help maintain and update website and social content related to Sleep and Respiratory programs This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Have 0-1 year of digital marketing experience, including internships or relevant coursework.
- Possess strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a basic understanding of email marketing tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
