A day in the life:

The Lifecycle MarketingStrategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, andsetup of the broadcast campaigns and email automation of currentand potential customers, as well as SMS campaign execution. Theywill be involved in further innovating clients’ strategy,optimizing towards higher success metrics, and leveraging seniorleaders in the team to further innovate strategy. This is anextremely cross-functional role that will be closely working withcreative, content, web, and other departments in the company

Responsibilities:

Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategyfor the PDM clients Manage daily operations of the email marketingchannel

  • marketing calendar, strategy and content, build anddeployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurementand reporting Build and manage automated email marketing programsfor our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and propermeasurement Collaborate with creative team to ensure brandguidelines are followed in emails Report and providerecommendations on lifecycle programs’ performance monthly toclients Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize theemail marketing program Partner and collaborate cross-functionallywith all other internal digital channels Employ AI technologies toenhance and optimize business processes Utilize and leverage PowerDigitals Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
RoleRequirements:

2-5 years experience in email marketing strategy,production and end-to-end campaign management Strong analytical andstrategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testingpractices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take actionaccordingly Hands-on experience with email platforms such asKlaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar SMS experience (preferred)Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation,deliverability, copy and design approaches Working knowledge of

HTML/CSS

for email coding Strong communication, rapport buildingand presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigatedifficult conversations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Manages5-7 enterprise or growth accounts Below 10% client churn rateHitting defined EBIDTA goal Most Important Things (MITs): Strategicmanagement of email and SMS campaigns, innovating and/or optimizingto maximize performance Professional communication
