Role Description Join the dynamic Sales Operations team at Comcast Business as a Co-Op and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across all sales channels—from Small Business to Enterprise to Global Sales—while supporting strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, AI adoption, and user experience enhancements. What are some interesting problems the student will work on? As a Co-op on the Sales Operations team, the student will tackle a variety of real-world challenges that blend business strategy with technology.

You will work on:

Translating business needs into clear documentation that supports process improvement and system enhancements.
Improving CRM usability and data quality by learning and applying best practices in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Designing low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to automate manual tasks and streamline workflows.
Coordinating across global teams to gather requirements and align on project goals, as well as navigate cultural differences.
Contributing to AI-driven initiatives that aim to unlock operational efficiency and enhance the sales user experience. These projects will give the student exposure to enterprise-level systems, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the business. The challenges will help the student develop a strong foundation in both business operations and technical systems. Where can this student make an impact? The student will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across several key areas of the Sales Operations organization: Improve Team Efficiency by helping document processes, requirements, and solutions, the student will directly support smoother operations for sales teams across all channels, from Small Businesses to Global Sales.
Enhancing CRM Effectiveness through hands-on work with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, the student will contribute to improving data quality, user adoption, and system usability, which are critical components for driving sales success.
Driving Innovation with Low-Code Tools by building or enhancing Power Apps and automations, the student can help reduce manual tasks and introduce scalable solutions that improve productivity.
Support high-impact programs focused on revenue growth, AI integration, and user experience improvements, helping shape the future of how Comcast Business sells and supports its customers. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Documenting business processes, workflows, and requirements.
Supporting vendor management teams with vendor management playbook & utilization
Assisting in the development of custom solutions through Power Apps, automation flows, and CRM enhancements.
Participating in stakeholder discovery and requirement gathering.
Collaborating with CB Sales Ops global teams on project initiatives.
Supporting AI and digital transformation projects.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for learning new tools and systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Power Platform is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Interest in business operations, technology, and process improvement.

Preferred Majors:

Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
