We’re looking for a versatile Growth Content Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on digital and demand generation content to join our team. This role blends understanding client and consumer needs with content planning and execution across channels. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing and demand-generation content and has the ability to create and curate compelling, conversion-oriented content strategies for lead gen and nurture campaigns across mediums. This role will also support editorial workflows, collaborating cross-functionally and optimizing content performance. Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Coordination Maintain and update the marketing editorial calendar in alignment with business objectives, seasonal priorities, and current events – with a focus on developing content that supports both client retention and prospect conversion. Support bi-weekly editorial meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and coordinating follow-ups across teams. Assist in gathering insights from internal subject matter experts to inform content development and nurture journey mapping. Content Development & Execution Draft, edit and update a variety of content formats including emails, landing pages product overviews, articles, infographics, newsletters, video scripts, seminar presentations, and social copy that reinforce our brand voice and value proposition – tailored for both existing clients and new leads. Understand funnel stages and tailor messaging for lead gen and client retention. Support the production of high-quality multimedia assets by coordinating with designers, videographers, and external agencies. Help build and update prospect and client nurture email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using existing templates, personalization rules and behavioral triggers. Social Media Support Publish client-/prospect-facing day to day social media content using Hearsay (LinkedIn and Facebook), ensuring timely uploads and tagging. Monitor engagement and assist with organizing content in the Advisor Library for ease of access. Stay up to date on trends to recommend small optimizations for social posts, with an eye toward increasing engagement and lead generation. Workflow & Project Management Use Workfront to track content requests and manage status updates. Coordinate review cycles across teams to ensure timely delivery. Partner with Marketing Operations on improving workflow efficiency and documentation. Reporting & Optimization Assist in compiling monthly content performance reports using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hearsay. Summarize key performance trends and collaborate with the team on testing ideas to improve reach, engagement, lead quality and conversion through funnel. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications or digital content creation; experience in financial services a plus. Excellent writing and proofreading skills; ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Familiarity with digital content format and content lifecycle workflows. Working knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools; Hearsay, Workfront, and Monday.com. Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus. Experience with basic graphic design or visual storytelling skills a plus. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
