As a Digital Content Strategist, you’ll be a key architect behind the performance and creative execution of some of our most dynamic digital campaigns. You’ll own the strategy, deployment, and optimization of paid social ads across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond, while driving alignment with SEO, conversion tracking, and full-funnel content strategies. Your work will fuel everything from audience engagement to lead generation, brand perception, and ROI. The Role
- Plan, fully launch end-to-end, and optimize complex, high-performance digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Write, generate epic content for organic social media and paid digital and social media ads, and collaborate on compelling creative, ensuring every campaign asset aligns with brand voice and strategic goals
- Execute and troubleshoot advanced conversion tracking setups, ensuring campaign performance is measurable, actionable, and optimized for outcomes
- Interpret performance data across CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion events, and engagement to deliver monthly reports with strategic recommendations. You will be fully responsible for report creation and distribution
- Partner with internal teams (designers, content creators, developers, strategists) to ensure cohesive storytelling and maximum campaign impact
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, audience behaviors, and emerging trends to keep clients ahead of the curve
- Strategizing & Execution of SEO strategies as directed What You Bring to The Position This isn’t just about managing ad accounts, this is about helping transform how brands show up, scale, and succeed online
- 2-3 years of direct experience managing and executing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaigns, and TikTok Ads
- Proven experience executing sophisticated digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously
- Deep knowledge of conversion tracking , including events setup, pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution reporting
- A strong, working knowledge of SEO best practices , understanding how organic strategy intersects with paid efforts
- Expertise in social media best practices for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
- Experience creating high-performing social media content with a passion for storytelling and engagement
- A naturally analytical mindset, you interpret data with confidence and always seek the “why” behind performance
