Owner Overview:

Ken’s Warehouse is looking for a sharp, creative, and outgoing Digital Marketing & Sales Associate to grow our online presence and help close in-store sales. If you’re the kind of person who loves creating content and connecting with people in real life, this role is for you. You’ll be the voice of Ken’s Warehouse across social media platforms—and also part of the team that turns that engagement into real sales on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Creation (Primary Role – 65%) Post daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, and Nextdoor (feed posts, stories, reels, etc.) Respond promptly to DMs, comments , and post replies to generate leads and build relationships Create and schedule content (videos, photos, captions) that speaks to our target customer: moms & families Maintain and update the Ken’s Warehouse website , including: Updating homepage banners for current sales/events Adding new products with descriptions and images Writing short blogs focused on furniture tips, buying guides, or customer stories Responding to online messages and customer inquiries Sales Support & Customer Service (35%) Assist customers on the sales floor during busy times Answer incoming calls, take messages , and route them to the appropriate team member Follow up with online leads generated from social media, turning them into in-store or online purchases Help customers complete sales, answer product questions, and provide exceptional service

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in social media marketing and content creation 2+ years experience in retail sales preferred but not required Confident with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok , and basic design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Strong writing skills for captions, blogs, and product descriptions Comfortable being on camera and filming others Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Able to work weekends and adapt to busy periods on the floor

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
