Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean and orderly marketing kits.
• Actively engage customers and generate warm leads for our appointment setters.
• Maintain a clean and orderly booth at our events.
• Prepare and distribute food samples. Minimum Requirements
• Must be available to work events on the weekends (Fri-Sun and select Thursdays)
• Weekday availability is a plus but not required.
• Must be willing and able to travel within the established territory.
• Must be flexible and willing to move to cover multiple events in a day for quality control and training purposes
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to keep a schedule.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team.
• Must be comfortable and enjoy engaging the public and marketing our product
• Must be able to stand for event shift.
• Must be able to keep a schedule and meet deadlines
• Must have a driver’s license and a dedicated vehicle.
• Must have computer access and a smart phone with GPS Salary and Bonus Structure
• $17 per hour for working the events.
• $25 to set up and $25 to take down an event. This includes retrieving materials.
• Travel compensation at $17 per hour one way. To include travel to pick up samples and distribute marketing materials when necessary.
• Weekly production bonuses for leads, appointments and sales.
• $25 show find bonus for new shows that you book completely with paperwork and payment request.
