As our agency continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dedicated administrative team.

Position Overview:

Axcess Home Care is seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our services, building relationships within the community, and enhancing our brand presence across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by helping families in need connect with quality in-home care services.

Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and local event channels. Craft engaging content for the website, blog, social media platforms, and newsletters to drive awareness and engagement. Build and maintain strong partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and referral sources to expand outreach and visibility. Manage and optimize online presence including business directories, review platforms (Google, Yelp, Caring.com), and local partnerships. Assist prospective clients and their families in understanding and accessing Medicaid home care services Partner with internal teams to support recruitment efforts, client referrals, and overall community engagement. Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and digital visibility. Support the creation, design, and distribution of branded marketing materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and discover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, senior services, or a related field. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across various formats. Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (preferred). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
