Marketing Full Job Description Description:

Assist in the creation and delivery of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, programs, and strategies. Helps implement an annual Marketing Plan and oversee communication and implementation. Analyze results, assess performance and recommend refinements to improve performance for future campaigns. Create regular organic content for the organization’s social channels. Monitor and respond to questions and social media messages in a timely manner, consistent with organization’s brand and culture as well as privacy requirements. Develops and updates content of the company’s external web site, including current disclosures, product changes, promotions, and financial articles. Creates and distributes educational and promotional publications i.e. print ads, brochures, posters, letters, and newsletters to include graphic design, layout, and text requirements. Projects a positive and consistent image of the company in all materials. Ensure all content and channels follow applicable regulatory and policy compliance requirements. Assist in administrating email marketing program, including developing email campaigns to existing members. Responds or forwards member email replies. Working in coordination with the Business Development Representative, assist in the business development activities of the company, to include participating in events focused on increasing member and potential member awareness of the company’s products/services. Participate in other public and community relations activities. Publicly represent the credit union as requested and help promote products and services; examples include financial literacy, educational seminars, media requests and other events requiring marketing support, some of which may be after hours. Assist in all other facets of the organization’s marketing activities, including employee engagement events and brand and culture activities.

Requirements:

2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field is required. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Adobe Creative Suite. High level of proficiency in digital marketing concepts & best practices. Possess effective communication, organization, and writing skills. Proficiency in public speaking and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, members, and the general public. Ability to prioritize tasks and deal effectively with competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines.
