Job Summary The Cirrus Aircraft Marketing team is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to join as a key member of the Marketing team. The person in this role will serve as the marketing team assistant to support Cirrus event and marketing communication efforts, as well as a wide range of promotional programs, invoicing, fulfillment operations and more. The person in this role will collaborate with multiple internal teams to coordinate exceptional programs and marketing efforts. Outstanding attention to detail, an appetite to learn and a solution-focused attitude are necessary. Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions Support the Marketing team with planning and executing marketing campaigns Assist the Marketing Specialist and Internal Communications Manager with email marketing programs, content, and email templates for company-wide communications. Maintain and administer fulfillment programs, platforms and relationships, including the Cirrus Authorized Portal. Receive, process and track all marketing department invoices and payments. Monitor and administer general company inquiries, including responding to and/or forwarding to the correct internal Cirrus Aircraft contact. Provide administrative and/or support functions for leadership, including monthly expenditure processing. Serve as the marketing office manager, you will keep the marketing area organized, monitor office supplies and fulfill them when needed, and ship and handle marketing packages. Assist the Director of Events and Event Manager with event planning and execution. Attend and provide support at Cirrus events, as needed. Travel requirements are estimated at 10-25%. Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. Other team support duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field is required. 1-2 prior internships in Marketing are required. Experience using Salesforce or related CRM is a plus Experience creating, curating and publishing emails through automation software (i.e. Marketing Cloud, Marketo, MailChimp, etc.) is a plus Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office products like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Interest and/or experience in aviation is a plus.
