About The Team The eCommerce Team is responsible for driving website and Amazon sales, managing our brands’ online presence, and enhancing the overall ecommerce customer experience across 20+ global websites and Amazon storefronts. We are looking for a highly driven and experienced digital marketer to oversee our D2C efforts. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, strategic thinker with experience in identifying new opportunities for digital growth, planning and executing new digital projects, while also managing the existing digital infrastructure. About The Role The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive online sales and improve customer engagement. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, overseeing the execution of online promotions, managing website content, and driving digital projects forward. Leading a team of digital marketing professionals, the Digital Marketing Manager will be an excellent communicator, help foster collaboration from within the team and be comfortable working in a fast paced, creative environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will also work closely with our Amazon, Marketing Communications, and Brand teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and markets. You will thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, be highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Commerce Director Responsibilities:
Conversion Rate Optimization:

Identify and implement strategies to improve online conversion rates and drive online sales. Work with the Digital Team to optimize the customer journey and maximize revenue across digital touchpoints.

User Experience Enhancement:

Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement changes that enhance website usability and user experience, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions for customers.

Content & Product Management:

Manage all digital content, including product listings and web copy, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging across eCommerce platforms.

Promotional Campaign Execution:

Execute a global promotional calendar across eCommerce stores, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery across regions.

Website Development & Design:

Oversee website design and development projects, ensuring that updates and enhancements are implemented according to strategy, and aligned with business goals and timelines.

System Integration Management:

Work closely with the technical team to manage the integration of websites with key business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, and other software/marketplaces), ensuring data accuracy and streamlined processes.

Review Software Integration:

Manage the integration between review software and Salesforce, ensuring smooth synchronization and the effective use of customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies.

SEO Strategy Execution:

Identify and implement opportunities for SEO improvement, working alongside the Digital Team to execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across all digital assets.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing regular assessments against business goals, ROI, and KPIs. Make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Sales Funnel Design & Execution:

Assist in the design, development, and execution of an integrated digital sales funnel, leveraging Email Marketing, Social Advertising, Google Ads, and other digital channels to drive conversions.

Agency Support & Collaboration:

Provide support and direction for agency partnerships, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Support team growth, development, and continuous improvement in digital marketing tactics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Marketing Coordinators, Web Developers, and Designers to deliver a consistent, superior brand experience across all digital channels, ensuring alignment and synergy across teams and initiatives. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

BA Degree in Marketing, or related experience

Minimum Previous Experience:

6+ years in a similar Digital Marketing role 2 years experience in directly managing eCommerce sales channels highly preferred 1-2 years experience in Website project management highly preferred

Other Skills:

1-2 years supervisory experience, managing direct reports in digital marketing or similar Experience in Shopify, WordPress & Klaviyo highly desirable Experience in Google Keyword Planner & Keyword Research Superior knowledge of Photoshop, HTML & CSS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must; ability to analyze data and take actions to efficiently address identified problems and issues effectively Be highly organized with strong time-management and project management skills Knowledge of Google Docs applications or Microsoft equivalent Strong interest and knowledge in Cosmetics / Beauty Related work experience in the luxury, fashion or beauty industries is a plus Experience with digital advertising is a plus MARQ Labs offers a robust benefits suite with most premiums funded by the employer!
