Position Overview:

The Community Outreach Representative will play a pivotal role in driving growth for Xtreme Exteriors. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Expansion:

Identify new business opportunities within existing and untapped markets. Use research, networking, and industry events to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate relationships, including general contractors, property managers, and other decision-makers in commercial and residential sectors. Develop strategies to address their needs and win new business.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market share for Xtreme Exteriors..

Marketing:

Provide client feedback and market insights to help refine marketing efforts.

Industry Presence:

Represent Xtreme Exteriors at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services, enhance our reputation, and build new partnerships.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Regularly track and report on lead generation, and business development activities. Provide senior management with regular updates on progress and key metrics.

Networking Events Chamber of Commerce Daily Routine:

All daily planning approved by Sales Manager broken up with daily visits planned by area for savings and planning on fuel All visits will be documented into

with notes on each location along with up to date work order knowledge and lead generation planning.

Travel Expectation:

Purposeful travel will be expected with this role. This will be at the sales managers discretion.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the construction, roofing, or exterior services industries.

Track Record of Success:

Demonstrated ability to secure new business, close high-value deals, and drive significant revenue growth.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the exterior construction industry, including roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior services.

Communication & Negotiation Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build long-term client relationships.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies in a competitive market.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot)

Education:

Prior experience in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Self-Starter:

Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven, with a passion for business development.
