Job Purpose The Content Specialist is responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. This role involves developing high-quality content that engages our audience, drives brand awareness, and supports our marketing strategies. The Content Specialist will work cross functionally with Masterbrand and Brand teams to create net new resources to help the team scale content production and enhance brand visibility. In this position you will have the opportunity to: Write, edit, and optimize high quality content that align with our marketing and business objectives- blogs, videos, infographics, case studies, newsletters, etc. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and overall marketing strategy Analyze content performance and use insights to optimize future content. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into content creation. What do I need to be successful? Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative content ideas. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge, Ability): Proven experience as a content specialist, content writer, or similar role. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
